Mum and dad’s dementia has been an ever increasing challenge and worry for us as a family. The support and immediacy of care provided by you, has ensured that they have been kept safe and well. The need for cameras in the home to enable us to respond quickly to situations, also put us in the very privileged position of seeing , first hand, the professionalism of all the staff and genuine kindness and sensitivity shown to mum and dad at all times. You are all fantastic, providing a service so needed by so many families.

To everyone who has help mum over the past 6 years, whether in our home or in your office. You’ve been caring and friendly I have to single out Anna C, Chris Kershaw, Dee who have been mum’s carers for the good part of the time. I have enjoyed our chats and regarded you as family. I wish you all the best for the future.

We have cared for Frances for 40+ years, but after her illness this year, it was clear we couldn’t manage alone any longer. Smartway Healthcare have been fantastic, and Gaynor and Zoe in particular have been brilliant giving Frances (and us) the support and advice we all needed. Frances loves seeing them both and is always smiling and happy when they have been. We look forward to them sharing Frances’ 100th birthday cake next July!

Thank you for the times when you informed of medical concerns, one of which resulted in mum having a short spell in hospital. Thank you, in particularly, for your unwavering care during COVID19.  The selflessness of all of you has meant that mum and dad have been kept happy and safe.

There have been various new faces working along side Neil. All have adapted quickly to the needs and routines put in place, as well as responding kindly to any requests made by the family. Neil has of course been wonderful, completely reliable and always caring. We have enjoyed getting to know everyone and hope they have always felt appreciated. Thank you simply isn’t enough!

I wanted to thank you all, for all the support and patience you had with Ursula. I know as well as anyone she was not always the easiest person to deal with and then on the other hand she could also be the most generous and kind hearten. Stacey and Anna, especially have been a huge part of her life these past 12 months. I don’t know where she would have been without them and all the other ones too. Thank you again to everyone for their hard work and friendship.

Thank you to each and every person who genuinely helped and cared for my Mum. She called you all “Angles” Thank you all so very much, Love.
